Rosemary is the gatekeeper of inner visioning, opening up channels of blood flow and remembering, along with Mugwort, which weaves the dreaming of the shamanka. Hawthorn berries strengthen the circulation and support the heart while plantain moistens the mucosal tissues and Raspberry leaf brings tone to the womb after your bleed. This blend can be used pre or post bleed and post menopause for the times when you’re wanting to access the inner shamanka.
