If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please get in touch and give as much notice as possible. £15 admin fee will be deducted if you cancel your appointment altogether, but this fee can be transferred to a new appointment time if you give more than 48 hours notice before your appointment is scheduled. If you cancel less than 48hrs before your appointment then you will not be able to claim a refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as acute illness.
